Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Originality: Submissions must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.
Language: All papers must be written in English and use clear, concise academic language.
Format: Follow the conference-provided template below (in Word format).
Relevance: Ensure your submission aligns with the conference themes, such as:
- Development and application of thermal manikins
- Modeling of human thermoregulation
- Clothing and protective equipment
- Intelligent clothing and equipment
- Test methods and standards
Length:
- Full Papers: 6–12 pages (including references, figures, and tables).
- Abstracts: 250–350 words.
- Posters: 1–2 pages (including summary and key findings)
Structure:
- Title Page: Include the title, author names, affiliations, and contact information.
- Abstract: A concise summary (250–300 words) outlining the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Keywords: List 3–5 pertinent keywords.
- Main Text: Organized into sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
- References: Cite all sources appropriately, following a standard citation style (e.g., APA, IEEE).
Formatting Details:
- Font: Times New Roman or Arial, 12 pt.
- Spacing: 1.5 line spacing.
- Margins: 1-inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
- Figures and Tables: Numbered sequentially with descriptive captions; ensure high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
Online Submission: Submit manuscripts through EasyChair submission portal. Accepted file formats include PDF and DOCX.
