The conference will present two Best Paper Awards (one for student authors, one for non-student authors), each carrying a USD 500 cash prize with an award plaque.
Two poster paper awards and two industry talk awards will also be presented, each with an award plaque and a gift.
Scope and Motivation
The Silicon Valley Cybersecurity Conference (SVCC) is an annual international conference hosted in Silicon Valley, supported by the Silicon Valley Cybersecurity Institute (SVCSI). It aims to bring together researchers and practitioners to address challenges in dependability, reliability, and security across computing systems, networks, and cyber-physical environments.
SVCC 2026 features a cybersecurity hackathon (CyberWarrior), a career panel, poster and demo competitions, an industry expo, research and industry tracks, and tutorials.
The conference welcomes original contributions across all facets of applied security, including the design of robust and resilient systems, protocols, and algorithms for detecting, preventing, mitigating, and responding to threats. Domains of interest include (but are not limited to) hardware, software, network and cloud systems, blockchain, healthcare, and socio-technical systems.
Research areas include network security, system and hardware security, blockchain security, software security, HCI for cybersecurity, and the ethical, social, and legal dimensions of security research. Among the many security domains, the conference highlights AI and Cybersecurity as an area of special interest. Submission Policies & Requirements
- Regular Research Papers: 6–8 pages
- Poster Papers: 2–3 pages
- All accepted works (Regular, Short, Workshop, Poster) will be published via IEEE Xplore. (Note that SVCC 2026 is currently awaiting sponsorship approval from IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society, as all past SVCC conferences have been technically sponsored.)

Call for Posters for Competition
We invite researchers to submit up to 2-3-page poster papers related to cybersecurity topics with a maximum of 100-word abstract in English by using the IEEE Conference template. This provides a unique opportunity for authors to receive early feedback on current work and preliminary results.

Call for Workshop
SVCC 2026 invites researchers, industry professionals, and educators to submit workshop proposals to be held alongside the main conference. Workshop proposals should be 2–3 pages (minimum 10-pt font) and include title, abstract (≤ 100 words), scope, chairs with affiliations, and 5–10 prospective program committee members.
