The eLearning Forum Asia 2025 is organised between August 14–15, 2025, at Knowledge Exchange for Innovation (KX), King Mongkut's University of Technology Thoburi, Bangkok, THAILAND.

Abstract  and Full Paper Submission Requirements

• All Abstracts and Full Paper must be submitted and presented in English.
• Abstracts and Full Paper should be based on any of the topic areas listed on the Sub-themes.

Abstract Submission

• Abstracts must be prepared using the eLFA2025 abstract template template only. (Click to download the template)

Full Paper Submission

• Full paper must be prepared using the eLFA2025 proceeding template only. (Click to download the template)

Deadlines

• The Abstract and Full Paper submission deadline is on 5 June 2025.
• Notifications of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts submitted will be sent to the submitting author via email by 1 July 2025.

Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations

• The author(s) will be required to deliver a PowerPoint presentation of their research work on the conference day. Please bring a soft copy of your presentation in a USB thumb drive. We strongly recommend bringing a backup or emailing yourself a copy in advance in case of technical issues.
• You will be allocated a 20-minute slot; please take care not to exceed it. We recommend spending 15 minutes for the actual presentation and 5 minutes for discussion/ questions. Presenters with similar presentation topics will be grouped into the same track.

Poster Presentations

• The paper posters will be placed at the display area and the poster presenters will respond to queries about their research findings during the official slots.
• Poster presentations must conform to the following:
  • Your poster must measure NO LARGER than the ISO A0 size at 1200mm (H) x 841mm (W)
  • Posters will be hoisted on standard exhibition areas.
  • Presenters are required to bring their own adhesives (e.g. Velcro straps, Blu-Tack) to affix their poster to the display panel.

Publications

The Abstracts and Full Papers that pass the committee's screening will be published in the eLFA2025 Proceeding in electronic format (e-Proceeding). You can read more details on the Conference's website.
